Orders Already Shipped

If you request cancellation after your order has been dispatched, you will still be eligible for a refund; however, the original shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • These costs may represent up to 50% of the order value, depending on the product and delivery method.
  • This deduction covers outbound shipping charges and return processing fees incurred once the order leaves our warehouse.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions outlined below.
This policy applies to both defective and non-defective products.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be equal to the actual cost of return shipping.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges incurred during the return process are also the responsibility of the customer.
  • These costs are not covered by Vaamy and must be paid directly to the courier or relevant customs authority.

Incorrect Address & Refused Delivery

Customers will not be eligible for a full refund if an order is undelivered due to:

  1. An incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, or
  2. Refusal of delivery at the destination.

In such cases, a reshipment fee will be charged to resend the order to the correct address.


Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please:

  • Place a new order for the desired product, and
  • Request a return and refund for the original item.

When contacting support, please clearly mention that the return is related to an exchange request.

  • Return labels are not provided. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping using their preferred carrier.

Return Address Requirement

Returns must only be sent to the return address provided by our support team.

Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the return address may vary depending on your order.
Please do not send any items back without prior confirmation, as unregistered parcels cannot be accepted or processed.

Refused Deliveries & Incorrect Address

If a customer refuses to accept delivery of an order, or provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at the time of purchase, the order may not be eligible for a full refund.
Any applicable shipping, handling, or return-to-sender costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days from the approval date for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Fee Responsibility

  • If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), Vaamy will cover the return shipping cost.
