4. Shipping & Fulfilment
- Free Shipping is available across the Australia on orders above AU$100.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days, with delivery usually occurring within 5–12 business days from dispatch.
- A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT) are processed as next-business-day orders.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Vaamy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
- We do not offer exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item must place a new order and return the original item under our standard return process.
