4. Shipping & Fulfilment

  • Free Shipping is available across the Australia on orders above AU$100.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days, with delivery usually occurring within 5–12 business days from dispatch.
  • A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT) are processed as next-business-day orders.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Vaamy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
  • We do not offer exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item must place a new order and return the original item under our standard return process.
