4. Shipping & Fulfilment
Our Free Shipping service is available across Canada on orders above $150 CAD.
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days, and delivery usually occurs within 5–12 business days from dispatch.
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.
Orders placed after 4 PM (EST) are treated as next-business-day orders.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
To qualify, items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in their original condition.
Opened or used products cannot be returned.
We do not accept exchanges; customers wishing to exchange an item must purchase the new product and return the original under our standard return process.

However, the product will maintain the same core function and quality as advertised.
Product Branding & Variation:
It is common for customers to receive a product from a different brand than what’s featured on the product page.
These substitutions are part of our standard fulfillment process and are necessary to ensure timely delivery.
Return & Refund Policy:
Orders with brand or packaging variations are not eligible for return or refund.
All such sales are considered final and non-negotiable.
